AI & Acceptable Use Policy

This policy is part of the Terms of Service. It sets out how you may use Moduloom, including its AI features, so the service stays safe and lawful for everyone.

1. How the AI features work

1. Generation (slide drafts, texts, images, refining a slide on request) sends your prompt and the related slide texts and images to neural network models of Russian and foreign providers through ProxyAPI (proxyapi.ru) and Cloud.ru. Some models are hosted outside Russia. Generation uses AI credits.
2. Image tools (cut out object, outline, separate text) run on Moduloom's own models on our servers. Images are not sent to external services and no credits are used.
3. We do not use your prompts or content to train models. Prompts and responses are logged for 1 year for security, billing of credits and support.

2. No personal data in prompts

1. Do not include personal data in prompts or in the materials you send for generation: names, emails, phone numbers, addresses, ID or passport numbers, photos of identifiable people, health data or any other information about specific individuals.
2. The service automatically filters out emails, phone numbers, passport and social insurance numbers and card numbers, but this is a safety net, not a substitute for your care.

3. Review the output

1. AI output can be wrong, outdated or biased and may resemble content generated for others. Check facts, figures, medical and legal statements, and rights to images before using output.
2. In regulated fields (pharmaceuticals, medicine, finance, education of children) AI output must go through your usual review and approval — Moduloom's approval workflow helps you do that.
3. Disclose AI-generated content where the law or your audience requires it.

4. Prohibited uses

1. Illegal content or activity, including content that infringes intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights.
2. Child sexual abuse material or any sexual content involving minors; content that sexualizes or exploits anyone.
3. Harassment, hate speech, threats, incitement to violence or terrorism, or content promoting self-harm.
4. Deceptive content: impersonation, fraud, phishing, deepfakes of real people without consent, misleading medical or financial claims.
5. Malware, attempts to gain unauthorized access, probing or overloading the service, bypassing limits or credit accounting, scraping, or reverse engineering.
6. Spam or unsolicited mass messaging via viewer invitations.
7. Uploading special categories of personal data or biometric data unless expressly agreed with us.

5. Enforcement and reporting

1. We may remove content, limit AI features or suspend an account that breaks this policy, as described in the Terms of Service. Where possible we will warn you first.
2. Report abuse or a concern to support@moduloom.online.
